To provide serious dancers with a professional dance environment that promotes greater technical ability and artistic expressions; To promote and popularize the art of dance and to culturally enrich the community with the art of dance by presenting programs and giving qualified dancers the opportunity to participate in such programs; To cultivate a diverse community of students educators and audiences in the Washington County area by providing creative experiences for all ages and abilities; and To provide scholarships to deserving students when possible
