Our Story

Founded in 1987, the Saints Hall of Fame Museum opened its doors on July 16, 1988, in the historic Rivertown district of Kenner. In 2007, the museum relocated to the iconic Mercedes-Benz Superdome, where it continues to celebrate the rich history of the New Orleans Saints franchise. This nonprofit organization is dedicated to honoring the players, coaches, and contributors who have shaped the team’s legacy.

Impact

Each year, the Saints Hall of Fame inducts one or two members into its Hall of Fame, selected by a Media Selection Committee based on their accomplishments. Additionally, the prestigious Joe Gemelli Fleur de Lis Award is presented annually to an individual who has significantly contributed to the betterment of the New Orleans Saints organization.
