Founded in 1991, Saint John’s Cancer Institute emerged from a successful partnership with the John Wayne Cancer Institute and Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, California. This unique community-based institute excels in translational research and the treatment of solid tumors, including surgical oncology, immunotherapy, chemotherapy, and radiation. Under the visionary leadership of the late Dr. Donald L. Morton, the institute has made significant strides in understanding the immune system's role in combating cancer.
