Our Story
Founded in 1998, Safe & Sound, Inc. is a community-based organization dedicated to combating crime and violence in Milwaukee and Racine. With a focus on partnerships with law enforcement, community organizing, and youth development, Safe & Sound has made significant strides in enhancing neighborhood safety. In 2011, the organization was honored with a White House Champion of Change Award for its innovative strategies in creating safer communities. In 2022, programming expanded into Racine, furthering the mission to empower residents and foster collaboration.
