Since its inception in 1978, Safe Haven Shelter has been a cornerstone in the fight against domestic violence. This 39-bed facility not only provides shelter but also operates a hotline and offers community education and volunteer programs. The Safe Haven Resource Center serves as the hub for legal advocacy and self-sufficiency programs, fostering community partnerships to support survivors.

Impact

In 2016, Safe Haven Shelter and Resource Center assisted 1,876 victims and survivors, providing them with the necessary resources to rebuild their lives.
