Our Story

Safe Harbor of Northeast Kentucky is an emergency shelter and advocacy center dedicated to supporting victims of domestic violence across Boyd, Greenup, Carter, Lawrence, and Elliott counties. Each year, the organization assists approximately 150 women and children, offering a safe haven where they can explore the impact of domestic violence on their lives. With a focus on resources, education, counseling, and advocacy, Safe Harbor ensures that every victim receives the care they need.
