Founded in 1999, Sadr Foundation USA (SFUSA) is dedicated to serving communities both locally and globally, inspired by the legacy of Imam Musa Sadr. The organization began in the early 1990s when women in Michigan collected donations to support orphaned girls in Lebanon. Today, SFUSA continues this mission by providing financial support, education, and medical assistance, while promoting social justice and equity.
