SACRAMENTO VALLEY ORGANIZING COMMITTEE

SVOC forms alliances with various religious and community organizations located in the Northern California counties of Sacramento, Solano and Yolo, in order to organize and promote efforts for the employment, health and welfare, citizenship and housing of low-income persons.
