SA Life Academy

Our Story

SA Life Academy began as a heartfelt vision of a family in San Antonio, seeking a nurturing environment for their intellectually and developmentally disabled son. Inspired by the exceptional Day Program model at My Possibilities in Plano, Texas, they established a similar program in San Antonio. This initiative provides adults with IDD the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to their community in a supportive social setting.

Impact

Currently, SA Life Academy serves 72 adults daily and 136 weekly, offering enriching learning opportunities that empower individuals with IDD to lead fulfilling lives. Since its inception in 2017, the organization has experienced remarkable growth, addressing the critical need for life skills training and socialization in the San Antonio area.
