Founded in 1981, Rural & Migrant Ministries (RMM) is dedicated to supporting farmworkers and rural workers in New York. Through programs like Accompaniment, Popular Education, and Youth Empowerment, RMM advocates for the rights of marginalized communities.

Impact

RMM has successfully championed farmworkers' rights, leading to the passage of the Farm Laborers Fair Labor Practices Act, which ensures essential rights such as overtime pay and unionization. Over 2,000 children have been empowered through leadership programs.
