Rural Innovations in Social Economics Inc, known as RISE, Inc., has been dedicated to serving the rural communities of Western Rural Yolo County for over 30 years. This nonprofit organization focuses on enhancing the quality of life and promoting self-sufficiency through a variety of social services, including after school programs, mental health services, and resource referrals.
