Our Story

Founded in October 2012, Ruff Life Animal Rescue is committed to ending the unnecessary killing of adoptable dogs in the Carolinas. Operating as a foster-based rescue, the organization aims to establish a no-kill shelter with training, grooming, and boarding facilities.

Our Impact

Ruff Life saves dogs at risk of euthanasia from shelters in North and South Carolina, particularly around Charlotte. Each dog is placed in a loving foster home until they find their forever family.
