Our Story

Rowan Helping Ministries, established in 1986, evolved from a network of churches into a comprehensive service organization dedicated to assisting neighbors in crisis. With roots tracing back to 1967, this nonprofit has significantly expanded its services, including shelter, food programs, and life skills training.

Impact

Every night, Rowan Helping Ministries serves 90 to 100 guests in its shelter and provides 75 to 100 meals daily. Additionally, the organization distributes weekend food bags to 1,000 school children during the academic year, showcasing its commitment to alleviating hunger and homelessness.
