The Lakeway/Lake Travis Rotary Club is a proud member of a global network dedicated to community service and friendship. Established in January 1992, this club unites local business leaders from Lakeway, Bee Cave, Rough Hollow, and surrounding areas, all driven by a shared passion for giving back. Through various humanitarian projects, the club fosters high ethical standards and promotes goodwill and peace worldwide, embodying the Rotary Ideal of Service.
Since its inception, the Lakeway/Lake Travis Rotary Club has awarded over 150 scholarships to deserving students in the Lake Travis Independent School District. The club has also made significant contributions to international humanitarian efforts, including providing a refurbished ambulance to a hospital in Matamoras, Mexico, and supplying hearing aids to over 100 underprivileged youth in both Mexico and Austin.
