Our Story

Founded in 1972, the Roseville Police Activities League began as a fundraising group for local youth sports teams. Initially supporting teams like Little League and Bobby Sox, the organization evolved in 1993 when three dedicated officers launched the RPAL Boxing Program. Since then, RPAL has expanded its reach, offering a variety of athletic and social-emotional programs designed to enrich the lives of Roseville youth.
