Root empowers young adults by providing essential foodservice training and employment opportunities. This initiative fosters independence and prepares youth for success in the workplace.

Each week, Root youth employees produce over 700 meals for seniors, families, and children facing food insecurity, supporting local agencies like Lifebridge and Salem Pantry.
