Our Story

In the autumn of 2005, a group of dedicated women in the Rogue Valley came together to create a supportive environment for girls navigating their adolescent years. This initiative led to the formation of the Rose Circle, which initially focused on mentoring circles for girls in Ashland. By 2008, Rogue Valley Mentoring expanded its services to include men and boys, and in 2009, one-to-one mentoring was introduced. Today, RVM continues to thrive, offering mentoring circles in schools, personalized mentoring, and community programs like the Rising Resilient Summer Camp and the Youth Leadership Advisory Board.

Our Impact

Since its inception, Rogue Valley Mentoring has trained over 500 adults who have positively impacted the lives of more than 2,000 youth in Jackson County. The organization provides no-cost mentoring programs for youth aged 10-24, fostering healing and resilience through supportive relationships.
