Founded in 2003, the Rochester Education Foundation (REF) is dedicated to enhancing the educational experience of students in Rochester, NY. With a commitment to independence from the Rochester City School District, REF focuses on providing essential resources that help students thrive academically and personally.

Impact

Since its inception, REF has made a significant impact by providing enriching literacy support, musical instruments, and arts education opportunities. The organization has distributed nearly 80,000 books and collected over 3,650 musical instruments, fostering a love for learning and creativity.
