Our Story

Robyne’s Nest was founded by Robyne Wood, a dedicated mother from Huntington Beach, to support at-risk students in their journey to complete high school. Many of these students face significant challenges, including lack of parental support for basic needs such as food, housing, and safety. By addressing these critical needs, Robyne’s Nest provides a safe haven where students can find security, routine, and a sense of belonging. The organization actively works to keep youth away from drugs, crime, homelessness, and early parenthood, guiding them towards a brighter future.

Our Impact

In 2022, Robyne’s Nest made a significant difference in the lives of 412 students by providing 1,860 food bags, $13,500 in scholarships, and food gift cards totaling $23,515. Additionally, the organization supported 49 life skills classes attended by 70 students and established school pantries in 7 schools, serving 750 students. Holiday gifts were also provided for 102 students, ensuring they felt valued and supported.
