The Roberts Family Development Center (RFDC) was founded in memory of Edmond St. Cyr Jr. and Ronie Howard, who championed family values. Since 2001, RFDC has evolved from serving 13 students to providing comprehensive academic wrap-around services for over 500 students and their families across seven sites in high-risk neighborhoods in the Greater Sacramento area.
RFDC is dedicated to dismantling the 'school to prison pipeline' by fostering a 'cradle to career pipeline' for children. Through our programs, we support families from before birth until adulthood, ensuring a brighter future for the community.
