Founded by Sr. Chaplain Ken Schlenker, CAREForce is a nonprofit organization committed to providing crisis training, response, and organizational development for community and first-responder organizations. With a focus on first responders, veterans, education, healthcare, and faith-based communities, CAREForce equips individuals and organizations with essential skills to handle crises effectively.

Impact

CAREForce has successfully conducted over 800 suicide interventions, maintaining a zero suicide rate in a Brigade covering Soldiers across ten states. Thousands have been trained in crisis intervention and suicide prevention, significantly impacting the lives of first responders and their communities.
