Founded over 40 years ago by Elizabeth Rockwell Raphael, Riverview Children’s Center has been a beacon of early childhood education, nurturing thousands of young minds since 1979.

RCC is recognized as one of Western Pennsylvania's finest early learning programs, awarded Four Stars by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning.
