Founded in 1983, River City Rowing Club is a grassroots organization driven by the passion and dedication of its volunteers. Located at the Port of West Sacramento, the club provides a welcoming environment for residents of Sacramento, West Sacramento, Davis, Woodland, Elk Grove, and beyond to engage in the sport of rowing.
RCRC creates a safe space for young athletes to thrive in a non-traditional sport, fostering friendships and life skills. Many junior team alumni have gone on to earn scholarships and carry the lessons learned in rowing throughout their lives.
