Our Story

Founded by Dr. Abdul Tawwab Khan and Mrs. Perveen Tawwab, Rising Sun Education & Welfare Society began its journey in 1984 after witnessing the struggles of families with special children. What started as a pledge to support one girl with special needs has blossomed into a comprehensive NGO serving thousands of families across Pakistan. The organization has evolved from a school for special children to a multifaceted service provider, offering early intervention, structured teaching, therapeutic services, and vocational training. Dr. Khan's legacy continues through Mrs. Tawwab, who leads the organization with unwavering dedication, ensuring that every child receives the support they need to thrive.
