Our Story
RISE Wisconsin emerged in April 2017 from a merger between Community Partnerships, Inc. and Center for Families, two dedicated organizations with over 60 years of combined experience. Together, they provide community-based, strengths-driven services to children, families, and young adults in Dane County.
Impact
In 2021, RISE supported over 3,300 individuals through various programs, including care coordination, court-ordered evaluations, and extensive child care services.
