Our Story

First Community Housing (FCH) has been dedicated to developing, constructing, and managing affordable housing since 1986. With a focus on the San Jose and greater San Francisco Bay Area, FCH has successfully created homes for over 1,700 households, with an additional 1,400 units in development.
