the organization is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable educational and scientific purposes within the meaning of Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code. Such educational purposes shall provide relief of the poor the distressed or the underprivledged advance educationor science and combat community deterioration and juvenile deliquiency by empowering today's youth to give back to the community.
