Our Story

Retraining the Village was founded by Halley Crumb in 2014, inspired by her work with homeless veterans. The organization bridges the gap between homelessness and permanent housing, offering transitional housing, career training, and mental health support.

With a remarkable success rate of 86%, Retraining the Village has transformed the lives of over 500 individuals and families, providing more than 1000 jobs and engaging over 300 volunteers.
