Rethink Food is dedicated to bridging the gap between excess food and communities in need. Founded in 2017, this nonprofit has established a robust network to combat food insecurity by partnering with restaurants to deliver over 40,000 nutritious meals weekly across New York City and Miami.

Since inception, Rethink Food has transformed over 2.5 million pounds of excess food into meals, directing over $111 million to local restaurants and serving food-insecure communities in six cities.
