Our Story

For Jennifer and Jason Nails, advocating for vulnerable youth is more than a mission; it’s a way of life. With six children, four of whom were adopted, their journey began in the summer of 2011 when they led their first short-term mission trip to Ecuador. This experience ignited a passion that could not be contained to a single trip. Over the next five years, they consistently returned to Ecuador, forging deep, God-ordained relationships with others who shared their vision of helping children and youth escape the grips of generational poverty, abuse, and neglect.

Through many tearful nights, they sought guidance and clarity, ultimately realizing that they were called to take action. In 2016, inspired by Isaiah 1:17, Restore17 was born, dedicated to bringing hope and justice to the fatherless.
