Restoration for All (REFA) is a community-based, African-led nonprofit organization located in St. Paul, Minnesota. Dedicated to fostering the strength of immigrants and refugees, REFA implements culturally appropriate activities that promote post-traumatic growth and economic self-sufficiency. By creating a safe space for mutual support, REFA helps individuals discover their positive cultural identity.
