RESPONSIBLY EXPRESSING ATTITUDES AND CHANGING HORIZONS INC

The primary exempt purpose is to address the spiritual, physical and psychosocial needs of at-risk, inner-city youth in the Norfolk, Virginia area. This is accomplished through assistance to about 45 at-risk youth and their familes in the form of worship, education and life skills programs, individual assistance, meals, recreational activities, food, clothing and help with emergency expenses,
