Our Story
In January 2018, leaders from the Responsible Offshore Development Alliance (RODA) gathered in Providence, Rhode Island, to explore a groundbreaking idea: how can the offshore wind and fisheries sectors collaborate to enhance scientific understanding? This meeting laid the groundwork for the Responsible Offshore Science Alliance (ROSA). Through extensive discussions, revisions, and stakeholder engagement, ROSA was officially incorporated as a nonprofit in March 2019, dedicated to fostering transparency through science.
