The Resource Exchange (TRE) was founded in 1964 by a dedicated group of parents and community partners who envisioned a future where children with disabilities could thrive in their communities. Over the years, TRE has expanded its reach, now serving over 13,000 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Colorado.
