Our Story
The Resource and Crisis Center of Galveston County, Inc. was founded in 1979 to support victims of domestic violence. Over the years, it has evolved into a dual agency addressing both domestic violence and sexual assault. With expanded services, including resale stores and a Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) program, RCC is recognized as a certified Rape Crisis Center.
