This organization is dedicated to building a stable, well-paid workforce of resilience workers who assist in climate adaptation, preparation, and recovery efforts. Over time, resilience workers have evolved from a marginalized group to a recognized and essential workforce, advocating for their rights and better treatment in the aftermath of disasters.
