Our Story

Residential Care Services, Inc began in 1983 with a single house in Squirrel Hill, providing essential services to six adolescent females. Over the years, the organization has expanded to twelve programs, including community rehabilitation residences and specialized housing, adapting to the evolving needs of Allegheny County residents.

Each year, Residential Care Services, Inc serves over 200 consumers, emphasizing individualized care and community integration for those in mental health recovery.
