Founded in 1998, Rescue the Animals, SPCA is committed to saving homeless animals across over 20 counties in West Texas. This organization promotes spay/neuter initiatives and actively fights against animal abuse and neglect. Operating on a national scale through the Pets On The Go National Network, Rescue the Animals partners with rescue groups in 41 states and Canada to ensure the safety and well-being of countless animals.
