Our Story

Founded in 1986 by Mother Blanche Bell Weaver, the Rescue Outreach Mission was established to provide essential support to those in need within the community. With the backing of her church and dedicated volunteers, the mission has created a safe haven for the homeless and marginalized, offering them a path to recovery and self-sufficiency.

Impact

In 2023 alone, the mission provided over 30,000 nights of shelter and served more than 650 individuals, including men, women, and children. The organization also helped 200 people secure housing and prepared over 84,000 meals for its guests.
