Rescue Angels of Southern Maryland, Inc. (RASM) is a compassionate non-profit animal rescue organization based in Southern Maryland. Since 2013, RASM has been committed to rescuing dogs and cats in need, providing them with safe and loving foster homes until they find their forever families. With a dedicated team of volunteers, RASM not only focuses on adoption but also runs a successful Trap, Neuter, Return (TNR) program that has helped hundreds of feral cats receive essential veterinary care.
