As a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and Small Business Administration (SBA) Microloan Intermediary Lender, Renaissance has expanded its services beyond NYC to the New York and New Jersey Metro Area, playing a vital role in economic recovery efforts following significant events like 9/11 and Hurricane Sandy.

Since its inception, Renaissance has provided over 2,500 loans, deploying nearly $66 million in loan capital, creating and retaining over 7,000 jobs, and serving over 10,000 small business owners with essential technical assistance.
