Our Story

Founded in 1965, Reid Park Zoo began with a small collection of animals and has grown into a 24-acre campus that houses hundreds of species in naturalistic exhibits. The zoo is dedicated to connecting people with animals and inspiring the protection of wildlife and their habitats.
