The Regional Stormwater Partnership of the Carolinas (RSPC) was established in 2006 as a collaborative forum for stormwater professionals. Initially formed by six municipalities in the Charlotte metropolitan area, the partnership has now expanded to include over eighteen municipalities. This growth reflects a collective commitment to addressing local stormwater challenges through shared resources and expertise.
RSPC has successfully conducted public education and outreach initiatives focused on stormwater issues, fulfilling essential requirements of the Clean Water Act stormwater permits held by its partners. These efforts have significantly raised awareness about the importance of stormwater management.
