Our Story
Established in 1965, the Regional Economic Community Action Program, Inc. (RECAP) serves as the designated anti-poverty agency in Orange County. For nearly six decades, RECAP has dedicated itself to uplifting vulnerable populations, including seniors, children, veterans, the homeless, and those affected by domestic violence or substance use disorder. Through high-quality health and human services, education, and advocacy, RECAP empowers individuals and communities to overcome the challenges of poverty, racism, and social injustice.
