Our Story

The Regional Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor Training Program, founded in 1992 by Janet Carter in Kodiak, Alaska, began in her living room and has since evolved into a statewide initiative. RADACT is dedicated to training individuals in the behavioral health and chemical dependency fields, adapting to various learning formats including in-person, correspondence, and Zoom classes to meet the needs of its students.
