Our Story

Founded in 2016, the Red Tail Scholarship Foundation honors the legacy of the Tuskegee Airmen by training African American pilots and technicians. With a goal of training 997 pilots and 300 Airframe and Powerplant technicians, RTSF is dedicated to fostering career development in the aviation industry.

RTSF provides essential financial assistance to underrepresented students, enabling them to learn to fly and maintain aircraft, thus diversifying the aviation workforce.
