Red River Valley Athletics

Our Story

Founded in 1978 as Red River Valley Gymnastics, this organization has evolved significantly over the years. In 1988, it became an official member of the United States Gymnastics Federation, opening doors for competitive opportunities. Following the Title IX ruling in 1989, it began representing Grand Forks Schools at competitions. The merger with Dakota Gold Gymnastics in 1993 and the rebranding to Red River Valley Athletics in 2018 reflect a broader commitment to health and fitness for children.
