RECRUITERS - MUSIC DEVELOPMENT

The Corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable and/or educational purposes, within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and Chapter414D of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, specifically, to provide educational services to economically disadvantaged youth, within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
