Our Story

Rebuilding Together Rogue Valley, established in 2013 by Certified Aging in Place Specialists, is dedicated to helping low-income older adults and individuals with disabilities safely age in place. Utilizing the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing CAPABLE model, the organization focuses on fall-risk assessments and essential home modifications.

Impact

With over 450 individuals served, Rebuilding Together Rogue Valley has significantly increased independence and reduced fall risks among older adults. Their no-cost services, including home modifications, help prevent emergency room visits and hospitalizations.
