Our Story

Founded in January 2019 at the University of Pennsylvania, Rebound Liberia evolved from the 2018 PEACE pilot program. With support from grants like the Kathryn Wasserman Davis Projects for Peace, the organization launched its first summer program, merging personal development with basketball. The President’s Engagement Prize further enabled Rebound Liberia to expand its offerings to include college and career readiness, academic enrichment, and computer literacy, fostering leadership and mentorship in young women.
